TaskDash/Platform

One workspace, built in the order teams need it.

TaskDash starts where the money and trust are: tracked time, people and pay. Tasks, channels and docs are being built on the same accounts, roles and data.

What you can use today

Everything below works in the panel and the TrueDuty app right now, on the hosted service or on your own server.

Time tracking

A desktop tracker for Windows, macOS and Linux that works with or without a server.

  • Projects, breaks, idle rules, gaps
  • Signed offline log
  • Insights by day, week, month and year
About TrueDuty

People and roles

Invite with a team code, give each person a role, and decide exactly what every role can see and change.

  • Owner, Admin, Manager, Member, Developer
  • Your own roles with 14 permissions
  • Google sign-in

Payroll

Hourly rates or monthly salaries, earnings for any period, payouts with numbers, and PDF bills.

  • Balances everyone can see for themselves
  • One PDF per person or for the team
  • Payroll API

Work time expenditure

Every minute lands in a category: Development, Design, Communication, Meetings, Project management and more.

Privacy controls

Screenshots are off by default and need each person's consent. Every view is logged, your own included.

Security

API and webhooks

Read only REST API with scoped keys and signed webhooks for status, consent and payouts.

Two dashboards on one screen

Everyone gets a "My work" view with today against their target, overtime, categories and their pay balance. People who manage a team also get a Team view next to it.

  • My work. Today, this week and this month, an eight hour target ring, overtime that is never blocked, and money earned against money paid.
  • Team. Who is working, on break or offline, team hours per day, categories and the things that need attention.
  • Attention list. Screenshot pauses, breaks over the allowance, entries synced after being offline, and devices whose signed log did not match.

What comes next

The order is fixed so each part can lean on the last one. Notifications grow alongside every phase.

In progress

Boards and tasks

Projects, tasks, bugs and ideas in one list with types, sprints as a time box, and assignees with roles.

Planned

HR

Leave, attendance and documents next to the time and pay you already track.

Planned

Channels

Team chat linked to tasks, so a decision and the work it changed stay together.

Planned

Imports

Bring boards from Jira and history from Slack without retyping anything.

Notifications

Telegram first, then Discord and WhatsApp, for the events you already get as webhooks today.

Your own words

Rename Task, Sprint or Project to the words your company uses. Labels change, the data model does not.

Many teams, one login

One account can belong to several workspaces and pick one after signing in.

Track the work, not the worker.

Start with the free app on your own computer, then bring the team with a 14 day free trial.
