Download TrueDuty
Built automatically on every commit from the open source repository. The newest version is v2.0.2. It runs on its own, and connects to your team when you want.
After you download
The app is not code signed yet, so your system may ask once before it opens. That is expected for a new open source build.
Windows
Run the .exe. If SmartScreen appears, choose More info, then Run anyway. Settings live in %APPDATA%\trueduty.
macOS
Unzip and move TrueDuty to Applications. Open it with right click, Open, the first time. Allow Accessibility and Screen Recording only if your team uses screenshots.
Linux
Make the file executable with chmod +x and run it. Install xdotool for window titles on X11. Wayland screenshots use grim or the desktop portal.
Check the file
Each build has a .sha256 file next to it on GitHub. Compare it with your download:
Windows: certutil -hashfile TrueDuty.exe SHA256 macOS: shasum -a 256 TrueDuty.zip Linux: sha256sum TrueDuty
